Anthony Fernandez
Anthony is the Head of Business Development at an FCA-registered digital asset portfolio management firm known as ICONOMI. He and his team manage over $120M AUM. With almost a decade in the financial markets, Anthony has a rich background in asset management, foreign exchange/commodities trading, and cryptocurrency mining & trading. Anthony has become a leading authority in blockchain technology, including DeFi, derivatives trading, and cross-chain solutions.
Oya Celiktemur
Oya has 15+ years experience in traditional finance. She started her career at Lehman Brothers, working on Structured Credit products. She then spent a number of years at Jefferies where she helped build the Synthetic Prime Brokerage business from scratch. She subsequently moved to Morgan Stanley where she spent six years in Prime Brokerage. She left banking and moved to the digital assets industry in 2021. Oya has a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MSc in Applied Mathematics, with a dissertation in Cryptography, from the London School of Economics.
Oleg Giberstein
Oleg is the Co-founder and COO of Coinrule, a Y Combinator-backed platform that simplifies automated cryptocurrency trading for retail investors. Holding an MPhil degree from the University of Oxford, he gained experience in Banking and Risk roles at Citigroup before diving into the world of blockchain. Passionate about the technology, Oleg is also a co-organiser of CryptoMonday, London’s longest continuously running crypto meetup, and has played an active role in DeFi, web3, and DAOs like OrangeDAO, contributing to the future of digital assets.
