The Brighton Blockchain Meetup connects the local blockchain and crypto community in Brighton and Hove for an informal weekly gathering. Held every Wednesday from 7:00pm at The Southern Belle (3 Waterloo Street, BN3 1AQ), the meetup offers a consistent midweek touchpoint for conversation and connection.
There is no formal agenda. Discussions move naturally between recent developments in crypto and broader topics such as Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain infrastructure. Participants range from complete beginners exploring the space for the first time to experienced builders and professionals active in the industry.
The group typically meets in the room at the back of the venue—past the bar, left into the lounge, and straight through to the rear room. Attendance is free, making it an accessible entry point for anyone curious about blockchain or looking to expand their network within the local ecosystem.
In addition to the in-person meetup, the community stays connected through its Discord server, where members continue discussions and share updates between gatherings.
