The UZH Blockchain Center is hosting an exclusive industry talk by Valeriy Zamaraiev, CTO at 1kx, diving into the importance of privacy in multisig setups and exploring existing and potential approaches utilizing zero-knowledge technology.
Valeriy works as CTO of 1kx, leading the fund’s Infrastructure Team and supporting the portfolio on the issues of Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, Leadership, and Management. Before joining 1kx, Valeriy led engineering teams at multiple startups and supported various teams at Google as a Technical Program Manager, including YouTube Content ID, YouTube Developer Experience, and Google Assistant.
After jumping from Big Tech to crypto, Valeriy worked at DFINITY, contributing to internal developer experience, and later led Distributed Systems Engineering at Zilliqa. If Valeriy is not digging some deep technical topic or not building something, you can find him with family and friends on ski slopes or windsurfing at some windy spot.
