Last year, a data breach at the Hillsborough SOE office exposed the personal information of 58,000 residents.
Every week there seems to be another article about the systems we use having errors, fraudulent votes being cast, corruption amongst those entrusted with monitoring and securing our elections, etc.
Given the importance of even a few hundred votes at the local level, it’s more important than ever that we safeguard these processes.
