Web3 has introduced many new ways to invest, but it has also created new questions around ownership, incentives and fundraising models.
In this session, Solana CZ will explore the ownership paradox in Web3 and how teams and investors are rethinking capital formation today. From early angel investing to token launches and structured launch mechanisms, we will focus on what actually works in practice and where the risks really are.
The presentation will be remote, while the meetup itself takes place in person at Second Culture. This allows us to keep the strong community aspect with real conversations, drinks and networking before and after the talk.
Together with Nicholas and Ramsey from SOAR, we will break down how projects approach fundraising today, how ownership is structured and how communities, investors and teams can stay aligned over time.
