We’ll be discussing the Samourai, Bitcoin Fog, and Tornado Cash cases and how this potentially impacts bitcoin users downstream.
Our guests for the event, Frank Corva and Jeremy Poley, were both in the courtroom for the first hearing in the Samourai case and have been in touch with lawyers familiar with the case.
They’ll share what they’ve learned about the case thus far as well as the legal precedent that exists dating back to the legal battle over PGP encryption on the Internet in the 1990s.
