Mid Michigan Bitcoin Meetup – Lake Satoshi Texas Hold ‘Em Fundraiser
Next Meetup is a Texas Hold ‘Em Poker tournament fundraiser. Some of you who came to our August Retreat may have remembered or talked to Vinny. Vinny was a life long friend of Mikes, and has spent years hanging out and working at Lake Satoshi. He unfortunately suddenly passed away earlier this month while in El Salvador with Mike. We have all been grieving the past few weeks, but nobody more than Vince’s wife Julie (whom some of you also may have met).
That is why we are raising funds for her, to help ease some of the emotional and financial pain she is going through. If you don’t play poker, that’s okay, I never have either. Come out to talk Bitcoin with other plebs, and enjoy some BBQ. I would tremendously appreciate any and all donations towards Julie. If any of you would like to make a separate donation to her, I will post an address below.
