El Salvador — October 27, 2021 — The 9th edition of LABITCONF (Latin American Bitcoin & Blockchain Conference) is taking place between November 15 – November 20 in El Salvador. The version, which resumes face-to-face, expects to bring together more than 2,000 Salvadorans and international attendees to enjoy more than 40 educational talks about the potential future and usefulness of Bitcoin.
In the framework of this event, today LABITCONF revealed some of the more than 50 world-renowned speakers who will be participating on the stage of this conference on Bitcoin, which is the most important in the region and the oldest in the world.
Max Keiser, American reporter, filmmaker, and former stockbroker. He is currently one of the most famous figures in Bitcoin, thanks to his critical and acidic perspective on the financial status quo. Together with Stacy Herbert, who will also participate in the schedule, they present the podcast “Bitcoin Orange Pill Pod” and the Keiser Report program. In addition, this expert will participate in the agenda on Thursday 18 with his talk “Unlimited Printing, Unlimited Debt, Unlimited Power. Hello Bitcoin”.
Jameson Lopp is one of the most influential figures in the ecosystem. He is noted for his in-depth analysis and development of all kinds of tools in this industry. Lopp is the founder of Mensa’s Bitcoin Special Interest Group, several open-source Bitcoin projects, and CASA, which allows people to manage Bitcoins securely. His participation will take place on Friday, November 19, with his talk “The Challenging Road to Privacy in Bitcoin.”
Also in attendance will be Stephan Livera, CEO of Swan Bitcoin International, a platform focusing on the user and business education. This expert is also the host of Stephan Livera Podcast, one of the most respected Bitcoin podcasts in the industry.
Anita Posch, renowned author of the book “(L)earn Bitcoin”, host of the Anita Posch Show podcast, and board member of NPO Bitcoin Austria, will also participate. Part of the focus of her work has been to study how Bitcoin can improve the living conditions and financial freedom of millions of people. In addition to the aforementioned guests, LABITCONF El Salvador 2021 will feature different activities that will take place at different locations:

- On November 17, the conference “All about Bitcoin” will be held at the Teatro Presidente. In addition, the Legal Clinic, the NFT Workshop for artists, and the Craft Fair will be held at the Museo Marte on the same day.
- On November 18 and 19, the global conference will be held at the Teatro Presidente, with top-level speakers discussing crypto philosophy.
