Hodl Maine is a community of crypto enthusiasts based in Portland, ME dedicated to raising awareness of Bitcoin, blockchain technologies and decentralized finance. We want to help Mainers opt-in to crypto investing through a four step process: Educate, Participate, Earn, Collaborate.
Our meetups welcome all levels of knowledge from noobs to OGs. We’ll help everyone level-up their cyrpto IQ so that they deepen their understanding of the industry, improve their risk assessment of platforms, protocols and tokens, and make better investment decisions as a result. Community meetups will organize around specific topics while also offering time for chat and Q&A.
NOTE: please check your token tribalism at the door. This is a neutral zone; the Switzerland of the cryptoverse. No schilling, no maximalism, just learning.
We all find crypto for our own reasons. Having a grassroots community to learn with and learn from makes the journey richer and hopefully lowers the probability of getting rekt along the ride.
