Helen Liu is the former Co-CEO and long-time senior executive of Bybit, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges by trading volume. She joined Bybit in 2020 as Vice President of Human Resources and went on to hold key roles including Vice President of Marketing, Chief of Staff, and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed Co-CEO in 2025, helping steer the company through a pivotal period of global expansion in the digital asset industry.
During her tenure, she won for Bybit the best exchange prize in year 2023-2025 from multiple organizations such as BeInCrypto and Future Enterprise Awards. Known for her people-centric leadership and deep operational expertise, Liu drew on prior experience at global technology and e-commerce firms to build Bybit’s international team and culture, and in 2026 she stepped down to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures in the broader financial and blockchain ecosystem.
Today she has founded ABF, the Absolute Finance Group targeting to be the one stop fintech platform for a universal range of users. Helen Liu believes that long-term investing combined with democratized access to private markets enables more ordinary people to grow alongside their country. Focusing on creating inclusive financial products that allow individuals to participate in and benefit from their nation’s economic growth.
