As MiCA moves from paper to practice, Brussels opens the “MiCA 2” consultation, and Slovenia debates a new upcoming draft of crypto tax law, the legal landscape around digital assets is shifting faster than ever. To make sense of it all, we’re bringing together three lawyers who work on these questions every day – from EU policy circles to the front lines of advising crypto businesses.

- Anja Blaj Zajc (Policy Expert, European Ethereum Institute) works at the intersection of European policy and the Ethereum ecosystem, bringing a first-hand view of how EU crypto regulation is shaped — and where MiCA 2 might take it.
