Harry Horsfall – Co-Founder/CEO, Flight 3: Harry is the CEO and Founder of Flight3, an award-winning web3 marketing agency formerly known as Zebu Digital, acquired by Steven Bartlett’s FlightStory in 2023. With a career spanning over a decade in marketing, Harry has been at the forefront of the crypto and blockchain industry since 2011, organising his first crypto event in 2013.
Katryna Hanush – Managing Director of Business Development and Partnerships, Wintermute: Wintermute is a leading global Market Maker specialising in OTC execution services and DeFi partnerships. Before joining Wintermute, Katryna was VP of GlobalLink Execution Services at State Street and Head of BD at FX non-bank market maker Exp(capital). Prior to that, Katryna worked in Fixed Income sales and trading at Credit Suisse.
Edward Anderson – Investments, GSR: Edward works on venture capital at GSR, one of the crypto industry’s oldest and largest market makers, with a strong investment presence across the space. With roots in product development and a deep interest in early-stage innovation and market infrastructure, he focuses on data-driven opportunities and consumer unlocks that enable the next wave of user adoption.
Michael Harding (moderator)- Co-Founder, Foundation Ventures: With over 15 years experience in BD and event management, Michael launched his first venture at 19, exiting successfully by 21. His career includes high profile projects such as the UK launch of Nintendo Switch and B2B sales with Fiserv. Michael has been working in the web3 space since 2020 and hosted events at prestigious venues like the House of Lords and Oxford University. Currently, Michael also plays a key role in multiple blockchain ecosystems, with a focus on Solana and ICP.
