Mani is the founder of Third Native, a boutique Web3 recruitment partner supporting early-stage projects from pre-seed to post series B. With 15 years of experience hiring across Web3, Fintech and Energy he brings a deep understanding of how to build teams at pace without compromising on quality or experience. Mani’s strength lies in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on process, communication, and candidate experience. He first stepped into Web3 through strategy work in the music industry, giving him a unique perspective on the space as both an advisor and a builder.
Omar Abi Issa is Global Sales Director at OVH Cloud, an award-winning strategic leader in blockchain technology, with a decade of experience working with clients in the B2B SME and Enterprise areas. He supervises a team of multi-disciplinary experts working across the world, helping organisations in the blockchain, web3 and AI sectors to develop their projects on cloud infrastructure optimised for their scalability and performance needs. Omar has previously spoken at events including Token2049, Paris Blockchain Week and the all-party parliamentary group on Web3 in the Houses of Parliament in the UK. He is a frequent speaker on industry webinars and at events worldwide.
