ReserveOne is a digital asset holding and management company expected to be strategically aligned with the future U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and Digital Asset Stockpile, once it is established. Sebastian Pedro Bea, OLY is President and Head of Investment at ReserveOne, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio management with a focus on disciplined, transparent, and institutional-grade digital asset solutions.
Prior to joining ReserveOne, Sebastian served as President of Coinbase Asset Management, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s investment platform for digital assets. He was also President of One River Digital, a pioneering institutional digital asset manager, where he helped bridge traditional finance with emerging digital markets.
Sebastian spent nine years at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, where he most recently served as Global Co-Head of Investment Strategy for Systematic Active Equity. In this role, he was responsible for driving global strategy and innovation across quantitative equity portfolios.
Earlier in his career, Sebastian held senior roles in the Institutional Equities Division at Credit Suisse, gaining deep expertise in capital markets and institutional client management.
With a track record of leadership across traditional and digital finance, Sebastian brings a unique perspective to the evolving digital asset ecosystem, grounded in rigorous investment discipline and institutional credibility.
