Janine Subgang: Founder | Bizzed
Janine is active in the blockchain and Web3 space, known for her innovative approaches that integrate psychology and technology. Subgang’s career spans various areas, including in traditional finance, politics, VC, and psychology. She is the founder and CEO of Bizzed, an AI-powered platform aimed at democratizing SME acquisitions by leveraging blockchain technology. She has an academic background from the University of Oxford and Amsterdam University, where she focused on psychology and cognition.
Denis Aksenov: Portfolio Manager | Consensys Mesh
Denis brings over 7 years of experience across investment, valuation and fund finance topics gained at private equity, venture capital, blockchain technology, asset management and M&A advisory firms. At Mesh he focuses on portfolio operations, founder engagement, business partnering, as well as sourcing and due diligence for early-stage investments. Denis holds a MSc in Finance and BS in Economics. He’s a proud father and an avid karter in his spare time.
Ruth Galvin: Senior Accelerator Lead | Outlier Ventures
Ruth is a Senior Accelerator Lead at Outlier Ventures where she has led various start-up accelerator programs focused on thematics such as AI x Crypto, decentralised commerce and in collaboration with partners such as Walmart, KPMG and Protocol Labs. Over her time at Outlier, Ruth has driven the program specific investment pipeline and outbound strategy, setting best practice methods and sourcing key deals. In addition, Ruth’s background includes 9+ years experience working at the cutting edge of FinTech, payments and web3 industries spearheading experimentation and commercialisation of emerging technology solutions.
Anna Shakola: Head of Business Development | Cointelegraph Accelerator
Anna serves as the Head of Business Development at Cointelegraph Accelerator, bringing over two years of expertise in the cryptocurrency sector. She possesses a distinctive insight into the dynamics of startups and venture capital, enabling her to effectively identify and cultivate startups with significant potential while fostering enduring relationships with investors and partners at Cointelegraph. In her role, Shakola is responsible for the oversight of various events, including speed dating sessions, demo days, hackathons, and builders’ retreats. Additionally, she contributes as an angel investor, with recent investments in startups such as Bitscrunch, Stroom, Aethir, and CV Pad.
