Panelists:

Yana Novikova, Ripple 
Yana Novikova is a 15+ year technology industry veteran with a decade-long experience in crypto space. In her current role, Yana leads Product for Custody, Ripple’s enterprise-grade digital asset custody infrastructure, and RLUSD, Ripple’s USD denominated stablecoin created with trust, liquidity, and compliance at its core. Prior to Ripple, she was a software engineer at JP Morgan Chase, developing their credit card infrastructure and applications.

Steven Wager, Fireblocks
Steven Wager (Steve), serves as Head of Product for the Fireblocks Trust Company, focused on regulated custody. Steve has over 20 years of experience in emerging technologies and securities services with a broad range of roles including; roles in product, sales, operations and client services. Prior to joining Fireblocks, Steve was Managing Director of Product and Network at BNY, he also served as Head of Product at Fidelity Digital Assets and Head of Solutions at the Paxos Trust Company. He is a leader in both financial services innovation and business development and is helping Fireblocks develop compliant, digital assets solutions for institutional clients. Steve received his B.A. in business administration from SUNY Albany and earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.

Boaz Avital, Anchorage
Boaz Avital is the Head of Product and a founding member of Anchorage Digital where he leads the product and design teams. He is responsible for the product development roadmap across all verticals and offerings. Before helping found Anchorage Digital in 2017, Boaz led a large engineering team at Twitter, building complex and extremely high-scale infrastructure that provided the foundation for all of Twitter’s products and services. His focus was on building mission-critical, robust, lossless infrastructure that was easy to use and easy to manage. Boaz earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Harry Donnelly, Circuit
Harry Donnelly is Founder and CEO of Circuit, developing institutional-grade digital asset extraction technology. With experience at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, he has authored influential papers on institutional digital assets and has lectured on digital assets at institutions including MIT and Harvard. Harry holds an MIT MFin in Financial Engineering (Dean’s Fellowship).
