As part of the Berlin Blockchain Week 2023, the 4th iteration of the Blockchain in Use Conference will gather relevant overview on how the use of blockchain can help us overcome the current challenges various industries are facing. Furthermore, it will address the current obstacles to wider adoption and how to achieve it.

This year the Blockchain in Use Conference will focus use cases and blockchain key players within the following track:

FinTech Track – The FinTech Track delves into the transformative realm of Financial Technology, exploring how innovations reshape business transactions from conventional to technologically-driven financial deliveries. With Blockchain’s profound influence, the track examines the ascent of Decentralized Finance and other Blockchain-based concepts revolutionizing banking. Key inquiries include the future of banking amidst rapid FinTech technological advancements, the potential replacement of traditional banking by Blockchain, and strategies for realizing a functional exchange ecosystem.

Creative Industries – This track underscores the impact of creatives in propelling Blockchain beyond finance through early adoption. Industries like fashion, gaming, collectibles, sports betting, music, and art showcase Blockchain’s value. Focused on this trend, the track investigates the role of gaming in Blockchain’s expansion, identifies potential breakout creative assets for mass adoption, and explores the social dimensions of Blockchain’s creative reach.

Scaling Up – Exploring the core blockchain mission of widespread decentralization, this track addresses seamless user adoption and data ownership. It reflects on the journey since 2015, highlighting user-friendly blockchain use cases and corporate integration for problem-solving. The track scrutinizes how corporations leverage blockchain for data ownership while improving processes, examines mobile blockchain hardware for enhanced security and usability, and tackles the trilemma of decentralization, security, and scalability in the context of increasing adoption.
