This autumn, Prague will host a gathering unlike any other. Dark Prague 2025 is a three-day international conference dedicated to exploring decentralized futures and the anatomy of control. Taking place from October 3–5, 2025, at the Second Culture venue, the event marks the beginning of a new chapter in critical, radical, and decentralized discourse.
Dark Prague is envisioned as the successor to the Hackers Congress Paralelní Polis core, but with new depth: fed by the roots of life, the edge of science, and the code of exile. It is not only a meeting point but a signal — an urgent call to thinkers, builders, and breakers around the globe.
The Manifesto
Technology is the battlefield. Biology is the frontier. Networks are the lifeblood. This is where we examine systems to dismantle them, fork them, or remake them.
In the flicker between freedom and control, shadows move. They are thinkers, builders, breakers, not invited, not waiting.
This is not a conference. This is a signal — low-res, high-risk, peer-to-peer.
