Join the NYC Crypto community Thursday, October 1st at PubKey for a special evening with New York gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman, hosted by Thomas Pacchia of PubKey and Douglas Tuman of Monero Talk.
The evening will focus on cryptocurrency policy in New York, including Blakeman’s publicly stated positions on Eliminating the BitLicense, bringing crypto businesses and jobs back to New York, pursuing a state capital-gains exemption for de minimis crypto transactions, and moving toward treating cryptocurrency more like cash.
Blakeman has summarized his position this way:
“Day 1 BitLicense gone. We’re gonna support crypto. Treat it like a currency. Freedom! Economic Activity. God bless America!”
