Detroit Blockchain Collective – Real World Assets (RWA) On Chain: Building The Future Of Ownership

Detroit Blockchain Collective - Real World Assets (RWA) On Chain

Join the Detroit Blockchain Collective for a panel discussion on tokenization of real-world assets and what it means for investors, builders, and regulators.

Tokenization is transforming how we think about ownership, investment, and liquidity across real-world assets (RWAs). From real estate and commodities, tokenized treasuries, to new models for funding infrastructure, bringing RWAs on chain is ushering in an era where ownership is fractional, global, and instantly tradable. But what does this mean for investors, builders, and regulators?

Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion where experts in blockchain, real estate, and finance will explore:

  • RWA Tokenization: The Vision – An introduction to tokenizing real-world assets and what it means for markets, communities, and the future of ownership.
  • Investment Access & Liquidity – How fractional ownership opens new opportunities for everyday investors and transforms secondary markets.
  • Legal & Regulatory Challenges – Navigating compliance, property rights, and jurisdictional complexities in tokenized assets.
  • Case Studies & Emerging Models – Practical examples of tokenization in action, from property deeds to fractionalized real estate and even commodities.
  • When Things Go Wrong – Where projects have stumbled, and the critical lessons for building stronger, more resilient models.

Networking + Community
As always, our events bring together technologists, entrepreneurs, investors, and engaged community members. Expect vibrant conversations, new connections, and opportunities to explore collaborations in the growing RWA ecosystem.
