Welcome to Polkadot Hong Kong. This is the place for learning and hacking on Polkadot, a multichain platform that addresses blockchain governance, interoperability, and scalability issues. We will follow Polkadot’s development and learn about developing parachains, tools, and DApps for the network.
These meetups are hosted by PolkaPort East, which emerged from the decentralisation efforts of Polkadot, and Harbour Industrial Capital is one of its founding members. We are here to connect, educate, and promote Polkadot’s adoption in Hong Kong and beyond.
