DeFi Toronto kicks off the new year with its January 2024 meetup, bringing together builders, developers, and enthusiasts to explore the latest in decentralized finance. The agenda includes a recap of recent DeFi news and a look at key trends shaping 2024, followed by community announcements and networking.
The evening will also feature a special presentation by Kevin Callahan, CEO and co-founder of Uniblock. Kevin will introduce “One API to Rule Them All”, showcasing how Uniblock unifies leading Web3 infrastructure providers—including Alchemy, QuickNode, and Moralis—into a single developer toolkit. With experience at Coinbase and Twitter, along with his roles as an angel investor, adjunct professor at Toronto Metropolitan University, and EIR at Ivey Business School, Kevin brings a wealth of insight into Web3 development and product strategy.

Kevin Callahan is the CEO and co-founder of Uniblock, a developer platform that unifies Web3 entities including Alchemy, QuickNode and Moralis into one toolkit. He previously worked at Coinbase and Twitter, is an angel investor and LP in various startups and funds, and is an adjunct professor in product management at Toronto Metropolitan University and an EIR at Ivey Business School.
