In 2008 someone or a group of people that acted behind the name, Satoshi Nakamoto published the white paper titled “Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System”. Today its market cap is greater than that of Visa or Facebook!
Yet, even in the most regulated financial space, there is no one who can be tracked down, brought to the court for justice, or called upon to defend Bitcoin against regulators, organizations, or scientists that claim their patents regarding decentralized technologies, used as a core for Bitcoin, are their own discoveries – some even claim they are Satoshi Nakamoto.

Jed Grant — An investor and entrepreneur, Jed Grant is the CEO of KYC3, a Luxembourg based FinTech company providing smart solutions for compliance, counterparty risk management and competitive intelligence. A regtech leader and decentralized systems architect, Jed Grant was named in the Top 200 FinTech Leaders in Europe by LATTICE80 in March of 2018 and in 2019 as a Top EU blockchain expert by Blockpool.
Stephan Kinsella — A libertarian writer and registered patent attorney, Mr. Kinsella is a leading anti-IP libertarian theorist, author of Against Intellectual Property (Mises Institute, 2008), and founder and Director of The Center for the Study of Innovative Freedom (C4SIF).

Max Lurya, COO of GlobalB Law and host of Blockchain Economy 2020, Max Lurya is passionate about OFAC/FinCEN compliance and other regulatory matters affecting the cryptocurrency space. Raised in California, Max spent the better half of the last decade in Istanbul. He is fluent in Turkish and is a respected leader in the Turkish crypto community, reportedly the largest in Europe.
